Na Malé Růži

The project “Na Malé Růži” comprises of 447 residential units of various types including detached family houses, attached and semi detached houses as well as low-rise apartment houses and it is located in the well established suburban district of Rudná on the western edge of Prague on the area of 162 000 m2.

The project offers the units in the sizes to satisfy all the needs of different clients.
There is a wide range of the dwelling types as follows:

Apartments: 40 - 90 m2
Attached houses: 120 m2
Semi detached houses: 130 m2
Detached houses: 170 - 200 m2

The expected time for start of the construction is April 2011. First phase of the project is planned to be finished in one year.
In order to accommodate the basic services, the kindergarten and commercial centre are included the project. Besides that, the residents can use the services of fitness centre, restaurants and offices. Furthermore, the Golf players will appreciate the Golf resort which is 10 minutes away.

The location enjoys the vicinity of the nearest town Rudná including the school and Zličín shopping centre, Prague 5 to provide the residents all needed facilities including the metro station allowing the residents comfortably commute to Prague centre.

Riverside Apartments

Riverside Apartments is the project of the smaller scale designed for families which are looking for the pleasant, high quality living in a quiet smaller town and green environment. The project is situated in a quiet part of Slaný, however not far from the town centre providing all the public amenities (such as hospital, schools, shopping centres, aquapark,....)

Fabrika Verde is an exceptional residential project designed on 55 000m2 in the town of Slaný, 30 km northwest of Prague.

It includes the renovated historical Factory from the early 20th century and 12 apartment houses.

The history of the factory dates back to 1903. At that year the French man Honore de Liser built it as the textile factory. Then it was exceptionally large object to be built. The textile factory was producing fabrics until 2004 when the production stopped.
