In parallel with the 6th phase of our project Na Malé Růži, we have added semi-detached houses SO445 and SO446, energy class B, to the sale, the construction of which is proceeding differently from the 6th phase. This will certainly be appreciated by clients who are not in a hurry to move in. The expected completion date for these two houses is the first quarter of 2027. Contact us for more information.
