Byty Borovského, Slaný - under construction, sales underway

The project Byty Borovského will follow the construction of "Viladům Borovský" and will consist of 24 residential units in eight adjacent houses. Each house will consist of two residential units with an area of ​​63 m² and layouts of 3+kk and a duplex of 93 m² with layouts of 4+kk. The ground floor apartments also will have its own garden. The project will please clients who are looking for quiet living near the city center, which provides all civic amenities. Project was created and designed by the architectural studio Atribut and as in the previous phase, the construction is being realised by the renowned construction company Konsit, a.s.

6th phase Na Malé Růži - under construction, sales underway

In 2012, we started construction of the first stage of the Na Malé Růži residential project in the village of Drahelčice u Rudné. After the successful completion of 5th phase, the construction of 6th phase of this project is currently underway. Here you will find a number of progressive technologies such as heat pumps, full central recuperation, preparation for photovoltaics and preparation for external blinds, underfloor heating, triple glazing, which places the houses in an extremely energy-efficient class A or energy class B.

You can choose from a wide range of 40 houses of different sizes and layouts. You can find terraced houses with a balcony, semi-detached houses with a garage, semi-detached houses with a covered parking space, semi-detached houses with an unroofed parking space, or spacious triple houses with a garage. In addition, all homes have their own outdoor terrace, garden and parking space directly on the plot and will be connected to a high-speed fibre optic data network allowing you to work comfortably from home.

The construction is being carried out for us by Algon, pozemní stavby, s.r.o. 

In parallel with the 6th phase, we have added semi-detached houses marked SO445 and SO446 with energy class B for sale, the construction of which is proceeding differently from the 6th phase. This fact will certainly be appreciated by clients who are not in a hurry to move in. The expected completion date for these two houses is the first quarter of 2027.

Verde Slaný

Verde Slaný is an exceptional project prepared by Studio AM s.r.o. in the town of Slaný, 27 km northwest of Prague. It consist of twelve new apartment buildings on the site of a historic cotton factory from the early 20th century. The history of the factory dates back to 1903, when the Frenchman Honore de Liser built a magnificent cotton factory, which has not stopped production until 2004.

The current project emphasizes greenery and traditional historic architecture. The houses offer apartments with layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk and we believe that they will delight clients that look for modern housing situated in a quiet residential area close to nature. The project attracts the attention of those who like to spend their free time actively and will appreciate the opportunity to use the gardens adjacent to each house. The adjoining renovated (Kumpanovazahrada.cz) park will serve not only as an oasis, but also a place for meetings and hobbies.

We are pleased to announce that our project Verde Slaný - 1st phase won the Public Award in the prestigious Real Estate Project of the Year 2023 competition for the Central Bohemia Region.

On 30 April 2024, the building authority in Slaný issued a building approval for the use of the construction. An important milestone of the 1 st phase Verde Slaný project has been successfully achieved.

All apartments from the 1st phase of the project Verde Slaný are already sold.

1st phase Verde Slaný

The 1st phase of Verde Slaný project is construction directly in the area of ​​the cotton factory in the Royal City of Slaný. Project consists of three adjoining houses with five floors and 41 residential units. Each house has its own entrance, elevator and garden. The apartments have a layout from 1+kk to 4+kk and an area between 26,5 and 90,5 m². Ground floor apartments has their own garden and every other unit has a balcony or terrace. The location is also convenient for active people, since you have a newly renovated park (Kumpanovazahrada.cz) and an aquapark right behind the corner. Final building approval of the project was on April 30, 2024.

All apartments from the 1st phase of the project Verde Slaný are already sold. 

Na Malé Růži

The Na Malé Růži project can be found in Drahelčice, just 10 minutes west of Prague. It´s located in family-oriented area and consists row houses and twin houses. The project is located in a well-equipped suburban area of Rudná at about 162,000 m².The construction began in 2012 and is realized by a construction company Algon a.s. We already successfully completed fifth phase of the project, thanks to which 223 families have already found their homes. Close proximity to Prague makes it an ideal place if you want to escape the rush of a big city, but still have to commute there for work. Nearby Rudná will provide all amenities you could possibly need. The surrounding countryside is ideal for cycling, and the Křivoklátsko Protected Landscape Area will enchant you on many family trips.

We are pleased to announce that the 6th phase of our project Na Malé Růži, whose building approval is expected in Q1/2026, has won the Public Award for the Central Bohemia Region in the largest competition of residential development projects in the Czech Republic, Real Estate Project of the Year 2024.

Viladům Borovského

Residential project Viladům Borovského is located in the royal city of Slaný, just 35 minutes from the Prague metro station Nádraží Veleslavín. In addition to excellent accessibility to Prague, this location provides everything you would expect living in the 21st century. It´s walking distance to the city center, where you will find restaurants, cafes and a commercial area. The construction of Viladům Borovský started in October 2019 and was completed in autumn 2021. The construction was carried out by a company Transportservices s.r.o. Project offers only 12 housing units with well-thought-out layouts from 1+kk to 3+kk. Each apartment has a separate outdoor parking space and own garden or a balcony.
