We still have the last 3 available houses from the 6th phase of the Na Malé Růži project, of which 2 are ready to move into immediately. So don’t hesitate – take advantage of this offer of highly energy-efficient houses with excellent access to Prague.

We have some excellent news for clients who have purchased their new homes in the Byty Borovského project in Slaný, Verde Slaný. On 23 September 2026, the final approval became legally binding. There are now a few more administrative steps to be taken in connection with registration in the Land Registry. Only minor finishing works will now be carried out on the site. So we will have to wait a little while before moving in, but we can already start looking forward to it.

Sales for the 2nd phase of the Verde Slaný project have begun. A total of 48 low-energy flats with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk are on offer in this phase. On the Verde Slaný website, you can now find an overview of our two residential projects in the area – the Byty Borovského, which will be completed this year, and the 2nd phase of Verde Slaný, scheduled for completion in the 2nd quarter of 2028, with the beautifully restored Kumpánova zahrada park right next door.

The 7th phase of our Na Malé Růži project comprises a total of 24 energy-efficient detached houses and, for the first time in the project’s history, three apartment blocks with a total of 31 flats ranging from 2+kk to 4+kk layouts, as well as two non-residential premises. You can choose from semi-detached and terraced houses in energy class B, with a garage or covered carport, or at least two parking spaces for each house, all with excellent access to Prague. Completion of the seventh phase is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.

The houses from the 6th phase of the project Na Malé Růži are complete. We are currently signing purchase agreements and gradually handing the houses over to their new owners. More than 90% of the houses have been sold.
