We have launched the sale of properties from the 7th phase of the Na Malé Růži project in Drahelčice

The 7th phase of our Na Malé Růži project comprises a total of 24 energy-efficient detached houses and, for the first time in the project’s history, three apartment blocks with a total of 31 flats ranging from 2+kk to 4+kk layouts, as well as two non-residential premises. You can choose from semi-detached and terraced houses in energy class B, with a garage or covered carport, or at least two parking spaces for each house, all with excellent access to Prague. Completion of the seventh phase is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.
