Thanks to the fact that our partner for financing the construction of our project Byty Borovského is the renowned bank Česká spořitelna, a.s., you will now only need 10 % of the purchase price of the apartment and the rest of the purchase price will be paid after the building is completed. You therefore have enough time to arrange a mortgage loan or you can still dispose of your savings at your own discretion until the time of final approval.
