We would like to inform our clients that the deadline for applying client changes to the selection of floors and interior doors within the 6th stage of Na Malé Růži is approaching. Therefore, if you would like to choose flooring or doors for your new home according to your own preferences, please do not hesitate.
Thanks to the fact that our partner for financing the construction of our project Byty Borovského is the renowned bank Česká spořitelna, a.s., you will now only need 10 % of the purchase price of the apartment and the rest of the purchase price will be paid after the building is completed. You therefore have enough time to arrange a mortgage loan or you can still dispose of your savings at your own discretion until the time of final approval.
We have officially launched sales for the Byty Borovského project as part of the next phase of Verde Slaný. Choose from our selection of 24 apartments with layouts ranging from 3+kk to 4+kk. Each apartment has a balcony, terrace, or garden.
As the construction of the 6th phase of the Na Malé Růži project continues successfully, we are approaching the deadline for the possibility of applying the choice of sanitary ware and tiles for bathrooms in the form of a client change. These client changes will only be available till the end of May 2025.
